Report a translation problem
1) Generals will get a generic general card face
2) Compatible with any skill mod since it doesn't touch those data lines. Careful of any mod that gives abilities to generals though. There's a hard cap to how many abilities a general can have
3) From my experience, I do not believe the AI uses this mod BUT bear in mind that the AI already cheats and usually spawns generals out of nowhere. Either way, this mod only allows you to recruit 4 generals (even if you have more than 4 generals you can still recruit 4 more as they use a different recruiting mechanism). The only way I can see this benefiting the player is that you get to pick which province to recruit the generals so they can get Blacksmith upgrades from Satsuma for example.
