Just kind of browsing though war paints and came across this one. You actually picked pretty good colors for it to be neutral, but this definantly comes off as a blue team weapon in game than a red one. I think if you just swapped the orange nad turqiose for a red colored variant if not change the turqiose to maybe something else that represents red team a bit better. Having war paints that don't have color variants and lean towards red or blue break the color composition of the game and and up just looking bad most of the time. I'd suggest at least trying it out to see how it looks like.
