There is a mod for this, but you will need to lurk in the deeps of the internet to obtain it

Or you can just go to the tf2 emporium 51-52-53 i dont remember

If you have VPK version of this mod, custom sounds are in the file. http://tf2.gamebanana.com/sounds/cats/2235 You can also try here, some of those sounds are cool

Sparkwire didnt add the customs sounds in the mod because they conflicted with the grenade launcher ones IIRC
