Ok, Just jump and press "s", so the hitbox of the duck is smaller and you can pass trough it ;)

The funniest part is when you pass the first row of springs and reach the third...

I the wall on the left then jump and fly and at the last moment duck, it works 5% of the time

It's all about the slide jump. You need to slide towards the spring and tap jump for the shortest amount of time possible. Your momentum will carry you just over the ground spring and you'll land right behind it. Jump too early and you'll hit the top spring. Jump too late and you'll... hit the top spring!

it does i went past most of them because of "s"
