Suggestion: after successfully getting an Avatar from the Shroud, Psionics can research a tech, allowing them to build a “Avatar Altar” that let’s them summon Avatars every 10 years using a Planetary Edict on the planet with the Avatar Altar.

I think Avatars are meant to be rare. I think they're meant, very strongly, to be RNG-based. Making them deterministic would be a bad idea. I suppose you could add a new Civic to the game, that you can get from the Shroud, that quadruples the chance of getting an Avatar option when visiting the Shroud. But. That's for the cost of a *Civic*. Which is a very high cost.

It would be every 10 years like I said. And ideally putting Avatar summoning behind an AP would be better, but I felt it was outside the scope of this mod.

Civics have higher opportunity cost than Ascension Perks.

Can reverse engineer random technology other empire have/Increase research speed other empire already researched(Even without research agreement), but sometimes will get nerve-stapled and lose psionic abilities

What about a civic that lets you start on a Shrouded world and terraform to Shrouded planets?

Technicaly, we can't place any buildings/pop in shrouded world(That means we should make another shrouded planet that habitable)

hmm a habitable shrouded world. you colud have a civic that makes it so that you can start there and make it so that unless you have that civic i would make it uninhabitable

Maybe we can have a demonic incursion in which every planet that one owns is invaded by massive swarms of avatar armies and if you lose the worlds that they take over turn into shroud worlds.
