Need help

I want to make my own Trinket Pack Mod that adds a bunch of trinkets.

I read the tutorial, but it dosn't say,
if it needs to be all in one file, or each in seperate files,
or how to get them into the game.

Could I please get easy to follow, step by step instructions?

You can check this mod files. It depends on what you want to add.
