You can edit the taming journal to add trophy baits for each creature, or make them non-combat altogether.

If they're aggroing on you, you can try to wear a ghillie suit, crouch down, shoot baits from farther away, etc.

In the journal you can also edit how far away they will accept baits, if you really need a larger distance.

Wild carnivores aggroing on other dinosaurs is always a challenge for this mod and part of the fun is figuring out how to best handle this. Some options include helping it kill the creatures in the area, leading it to a more isolated location or into a trap, etc.
