Bonus levels

How can I figure out which dinos will give bonus levels? I'm playing on a server that uses this mod with the hunted. I found a 150 sarco and then immersive tamed it. No bonus levels, it was still 150 after tame. Other dinos, I've gotten bonus levels, yet some dinos I've randomly not gotten levels.
