I think you may sadly be jumping the gun on this one, friend. There's too much controversy in that area right now. Perhaps this question would've better been asked a few months down the road. As much as we'd love to see Burgesssssssss's work over there on ASA, it's still too soon to know if ASA is even going to be playable, let alone be accessible to both players and modders after release. Their modding platform of choice is Overwolf, which automatically excludes everyone with a strict sense of privacy or a less-than-fantastic machine. That game may very well flop, looking at the data. As much as the thought of ASA is exciting to most of us ARK-lovers, asking modders if they plan on a port is premature at this point for various reasons. Just wait and see, I'm sure if everything goes well and the devs make the neccessary arrangements, you'll see ports of some mods eventually, but right now it's just too soon to tell.

I was only really asking if there was any talk about it. And "If", "Someday possibly", and "In the future" were used in the exact way that they were because no one anywhere could possibly know anything for sure at this point. I don't think even the Ark devs or Wildcard are sure.

I honestly don't even think I'll buy ASA if my favorite mods aren't remade for it. Immersive taming feels so much more natural then knockout taming. I don't think I can play without it anymore.

I feel ya. While I'm not counting on this modder doing it someone else who feels the same might recreate it over there. Or at least try to. This mod is so well made that any attempt to recreate it for ascended will probably not be as good, but I would be happy for the effort and there would undoubtedly be lots of support for it. Hoping Ark sponsors mods for ascended. That alone would help draw back some of the player's they're going to loose without further overloading their staff. They aimed too high too fast and that's what's biting them in the ass, so I'm not angry at them. They're struggling enough as it is.

Not buying ASA myself. Nor am I purchasing ARK 2, not with the garbage they have been doing to the community... Sad, because ARK is my favorite franchise to date.

So, I see there's still no answer for this. Frankly, this is the only mod I'm waiting for to start playing ASA. I hope you will let us know if you will have it available, and if so, by when. I will keep playing ASE for now.

+1 for seeing this on ASA, it was a must have mod for me in ASE as I can't stand the default "Stockholm Syndrome" style taming.

I need this mod on ASA. It made me form meaningful connections with my tames. You may say "they're just pixels" but it still made the game better!

This mod is what taming with no mods should have been from the start. Not the garbage one we have to use. Players/modders have way more creativity, logic etc than developers.
