Finally get the achievement !
1.go subscribe Dust [Compatibility Version 1.36.1.2]

2.move the map from "workshop" folder to "maps" folder.
3.open CSGO and run the map with console : map de_dust
4.paste the following in console :
mp_round_restart_delay 0.01;mp_freeztime 0.01;mp_roundtime_defuse 0.06;mp_maxrounds 200
5.paste: mp_restartgame 1
6.Wait 4 the achievement.

there is a typo in one of the commands. it should be

mp_round_restart_delay 0.01;mp_freezetime 0.01;mp_roundtime_defuse 0.06;mp_maxrounds 200
