Report a translation problem
I can give you some screenshots on how to get it to work. For multiplayer under no circumstance can I ever get modded maps to work in cohesion with the Mod Manager, I have to manually use vanilla settings for the mods. In the case that you're using that mod, I recommend that you use it only for non-maps. Mods that are coded as 'maps' but are not maps are not impacted by this as they seem to be intertwined with the loot table as an after effect instead of a prerequisite to start the game.
Ignore the fact that Riverwood is red, I was in the process of removing it for my server and replacing it with the re-uploaded version.

Go to mod manager or if you don't use that, make sure that your mod order is,

Resource Packs (Tiles) -> Maps -> Resources (Guns, clothing, etc) -> Game Configuration changes AND cosmetics -> Vehicles are always dead last
I have a 100% launch rate with this. My issue is that the map has roads that end in blackness, but I think that is because it's unfinished?
