I just can recommend anyone of a dedicated server who has problems with loading Eerie this following:
- safe your world
- upload it at https://lordikol.github.io/PZ_MapCleaner/
- wait till its loaded, dont be unpatient
- select all the bottem part where eerie is
- click on delete files
- wait till its done
- upload the world to your dedicated server

it worked for me on my server :)
