Mod doesn't work

how can I use my skin for multiplayer p2p or server local?

Skins are really pixelated.

How to fix issues:

#1 They are pixel like
go into settings and change your model quality to high
#2 I cant change skin
if you have any other mods that have "Minecraft" in the name it will not work.
remove them and it should
