While blueprint works just fine in creative mode, if you attempt to use same blueprint in survival mode that use size 3 diagonal timber (probably other sizes too), you can't build whole blueprint. You got message that you have missing parts, while having more than enough diagonal timbers in inventory.
I suspect that is issue that in inventory you got size 10 timber that is vanilla game part, while downsized part is moded variant.
Sorry for false bug report. Using blueprints in survival game is still bug infested.
But as there are now vanilla timbers, I'm not touching this one anymore ;-)
It will going to be a bugger for me in the future (I created decent blueprint that use quite a lot of diagonal timbers). Is there a chance to edit blueprint in notepad++ or something, so I can replace this moded diagonal timber type with vanilla diagonal timber ?
Currently, I don't have strong desire to replace 360 diagonal timbers in blueprint trough game, so I would leave it only as last resort when ME gets next update. There is no rush as there is no info that ME will get update anytime soon.
