More balanced if like this:

+Can remove sappers

+On hit slow enemy by 20%

-25% damage penalty

-15% slower fire rate

-10% Magazine Capacity

increased damage and clip size and the ability to slow enemy, but minus 15 health and cannot be replenished by dispensers

You should make a wrench called "Ol' Southern Punch" Should have the abbilty to uber your sentry for 10 secs

But it says you better make sure it packs a punch, so it would have some sort of damage boost.

pros able to remove sappers from afar gives you 10% more heath
cons gives a chance of a faulty wrench
