+on hit:+ marks enemies for death for 3 seconds
-uses 20 metal per a shot
-25% damage
-10% firing speed

On Hit: Causes Electricity (New idea for a status effect similar to bleed, but deals mini-crit damage if the victim is milked, pissed, or wet.)

I'd take out the Spy thing cause he'd just recloak or disguise again but the metal and the Deathmark are awesome stats

for every hit the damage goes up by 5% until reaching an extra 65% damage
for every miss the damage goes down by 5%

Honestly that seems pretty good, considering it's a pistol, it really takes advantage of being so accurate and makes the player never wanna miss a hit

PROS: +20% Damage. ON HIT: Slows enemy down, stunning them a bit, and a very cool electricity effect. SECONDARY ATTACK: Charges the shot up for a longer slow down effect. Fires as fast as you can pull the trigger.
CONS: -33% Ammo Capacity. SECONDARY ATTACK has a laser sight that gives you away. NOT AUTOMATIC: Must click for every time you want to fire. -10% Less Health on User. -5% Walk speed.

Brosoldier, yours is the best. Maybe a -20% firing speed instead of 40%. But everyone elses sucks.

+25% crit chance
+Alt fire releases a small zap of electricty that on hit reveals spies to you and your team for 4 secs
Cons
-15% clip size
- 10% slower move speed
