No need, figured it out. There is a small box, noclip outside the test chamber, go in that rock box, press the trigger disaster button when the sample is in, reallistically you need 2 players to do this, if you want 1 player just install a camera and position to the trigger disaster button {left to the stop machine} and press the button for the camera and then press the trigger disaster and earthquake + iva {you may need to exit the camera, right to the stop machine button is the earthquake}
