VOX Announcements

Is there a requirement to use the "Announcements" buttons found in the admin room?
They don't seem to do anything when pressed.

Also, what do the two unlabled buttons on the higher-up/roof part of the admin room do?

i have no idea, but as the map is beta, the VOX announcements and other buttons may not be rigged yet.
