If you're going to copy the first statement why don't you also copy the second? I said "There's still actually quite a big chance" not "there's actually". I'm saying that there's multiple reasons for this not to get accepted but one, quite big reason for it to be accepted.
But you said "Reasons it won't" - which means there is a 0% chance, because it's definite. If there were any chance, you would say "Reasons it might not". You then went on to say there's a big chance it will be accepted, not just a chance, but a big one, which contradicts with the title that suggests there is no chance at all.
