Game crashes when settling first city
I have tried both as single player and multiplayer hotseat. Whenever I try to found the first city the game crashes.

I had to split the log file into two due to size.

These crashes were with rise and fall ruleset. With basic civ vi ruleset I was able to found first city.

According to international law and un charter, China is the only, the government of the people's Republic of China is the only legitimate representative of China, Taiwan is a part of China, this is common!Just as Alaska belongs to the United States,Kalininingrad belongs to Russia and northern Ireland to Britain.I can understand what you mean, but I must keep my suggestion.Thank you!
