Per beacon quality chance
I'd like to see a quality chance option added to each beacon. I'm trying to balance the beacons so that they don't drop junk blueprints and items, but as of now the chance at high quality items are much too high for me. For instance I'd want something like 5% ascended, 15% mastercraft, 25% journyman's, and 45% apprentice.
