FAQ (READ THIS BEFORE POSTING ON THIS MOD)
NOT RECEIVING POINTS!!!

99% of the time this is caused by those players joining the server before the settings were changed.
  • "PlayedTimeBonus" needs to be set to true
  • "BonusAmount" needs to be the amount you want to give them
  • "BonusFrequency" is how often the players will receive their bonus amount. (in seconds, minimum is 900 (15mins)
  • "AllNewPlayersEligibleForBonus" ONLY APPLIES TO NEW PLAYERS THAT JOIN YOUR SERVER AFTER THE SETTINGS HAVE BEEN APPLIED. IF YOU JOINED BEFORE THE SETTINGS WERE APPLIED DO THE FOLLOWING:
    1. Select the Player Profile of these players in the Admin Menu to ensure "Eligible For Bonus" is checked.
    2. If you don't have that option then your server has either not saved the ini settings (talk to your host about it) or you have "PlayedTimeBonus" set to false.
    3. Ensure the "BonusAmount" is greater than 0

CANNOT OPEN / FIND ADMIN MENU?

Naturalism 2 will cause this issue if you are using it. If not, try the steps below.

Your character didn't get the mod's admin buff to allow access. You can either kill yourself and you will get the buff on respawning or use the command
cheat ScriptCommand TCsAR ScanAllPlayers

which will scan all players currently online and give them the appropriate buffs they need.

I CAN'T ADD ITEMS OR DINOS / THERE ARE NO ITEMS OR DINOS IN THE CATEGORIES?

You have a mod conflict. One of your mods is stopping TCsAR from loading all available items.
Are you using Eternal?, this mod is known to not allow TCsAR to load items.
Naturalism 2 is another mod incompatible with TCsAR due to it changing the character model this mod relies on.
If you are not using those, try placing TCsAR at the top of the load order to see if another mod is stopping it from loading items.
Move TCsAR higher in the mod load order to ensure it is able to load the items.

I CAN'T CHANGE ITEM STATS?

You are most likely trying to change stats from the "Add Item" screen. This screen is only capable of adding items; you need to "UPDATE PACK" and THEN select the pack again and you will be able to change stats.

HOW DO I EDIT STATS?

You can edit stats simply by clicking on the stat and changing the value to what you want, remember to save the changes by clicking UPDATE PACK

CHANGING THE ITEM QUALITY DOESN'T DO ANYTHING TO THE STATS?

Very observant, yes the item qualities in the mod are purely cosmetic, they don't actually yield any benefit. You'll need to edit stats yourself

How do I rearrange the order of my categories? Just spent a lot of time adding packs to a category I thought would be first on the list, but now that I've made a second category, it's above it and I don't know how to move it down the list.

Categories are sorted alphanumerically (0-9 first and then a-z)
To rename a category use the RenameCategory command listed in the Commands thread

Okay, these sections have been so helpful and handled a lot of questions, solved a lot of problems. Thank you for that. Lastly, I've been manually handling initial rewards til I can get it sorted: when players access the reward vault, it causes them to crash. Any ideas how to fix this? This is my ini code:

The only time I've been able to reproduce a crash when accessing the vault is when an item in a pack has been loaded incorrectly due to a mod conflict.

To check if an item has loaded in correctly, the item in the pack will have black text as opposed to the colour of it's quality level (purple for journeyman, etc)
If you are unable to load the UI because the item has already been purchased and is in the vault itself, you will need to delete the vault and let the contents despawn.

In order to fix this, move TCsAR higher in your load order, ideally first. At this point I should mention that the mod Eternal is not compatible with TCsAR, the author has implemented something that stops TCsAR from loading items correctly.
After a restart you will need to go through each pack and remove any items that have black text and re-add them (they should now have coloured text).

After replacing all affected items you should not have anymore problems with crashes, unless there is still a mod conflict which is possible as I can't test with every mod on the workshop, but I have tested with a lot of the main mods, Eternal is the most common cause of a conflict, but any mod that changes the character model can cause issues as well depending on how they have implemented it.

is it possible to create reward packs to unlock ascension? would be useful, i can't really find any reliable mods that are up to date that allow this, would like to have a ascended character for when Genesis part 2 hits :P
