Gives all players 0 ARc daily regardless if playing or not.

If all this is under the header [TCsAR] and in GameUserSettings.ini, you should be golden.
This is of course for a new server, if you already have a playerbase you will have to check and confirm players are added correctly.

and i have another problem idk if you can fix it: im making 1 Pack everythings working, but if i make a 2nd Pack the 1st Pack changes also to the second one and both got the same name can you help me with that?

The second problem is related to localization.
Run the server with command line -culture=en to solve it.

But i got this exactly like i posted the Ini in my gamusersettings.ini and it doesnt work and how can i run it with -culture=en whats that?

You mean i should change the language to en? Cause im Hosting my Server on GPortal and there is only Language in Settings

And what i had written above (My Ini of TCsAR) is right so just have to copy and paste it into my Gamusersetting.ini exactly how it is and it should work?

Yes and yes. :)
Check the host for command line edits, if possible.
The settings look fine, if you still cant get it to work, try to change mod order.

Thx for your help it worked fine i reinstalled the Mod and put the language at en thx ^^

would any one able to share a config that works for a dedicated server?
