Try restarting game, if it will not work try redownloading map.

Type sv_pauseable 0 in console and mp_unpause_match If it will not work try restarting CSGO 2 times.

you can climb on top of the roof from the front of the bank (jump on the sign post from the scissor lift). Also you can pixle walk on the side of the lorry by strafing around the side. zombies can not reach you so you are invincible.
