+50% increase heal beam range
+Target resists knockback by 25%
+Uber resist all types of knockback and airblasts
-Wearer takes 15% extra fall damage
-25% shorter Ubercharge

My opinion on the weapon stats should be:

+Gained Ubercharge when heal target is damaged
+Range on medigun increased
Uber gives uber to medic, minicrits to heal patient, and slightly faster heal rate to target.
-No uber gained from normal heal

+ if used on enemy, you will slowly hurt him.

Damages spies if you heal them
+20% faster weapon switch
+25% charge rate
-40% less heal rate
-30% less over heal rate
On uber: Gives crits, and uber

Here's my try:
+Ubercharge is shield, similar to the MvM upgrade
+Ubercharge gives total knock back immunity
+25% Ubercharge build rate
-25% Ubercharge length
-25% heal rate
-10% overheal
