I can use photoshop...? How long does it take to create an icon? Do you need just... a transparent .png of a tank or soldier? Because I can make those, but I have no ability to use the actual editor or mod tools. Translation: I can do the actual art work (via cropping screenshots mostly) but I cant put any of that into the game. Is that what your looking for?
