So I just wanted to show the steps on how to add a custom funds limit in custom troop trees, since I couldn't find any posts that discuss this. Its a simple process, only involving changing numbers in the Scripts.txt file.

1) Go into the custom troop creator ingame, and note how much funds a certain unit has. In this case I'm looking at A1 Troops that have 180 denars total in the steam module "Custom Troop Trees"

2) Next open up the scripts file in the module you are using. In this case its:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\MountBlade Warband\Modules\Custom Troop Trees\Scripts

3) In the script file, you need to find the corresponding value of funds remaining for the A1 troop, which will be 180. Change it to how many denars you want for that troop. Save the changes you made in the script file afterwards.

4) Reopen the game and the changes should have worked. It has to be a fresh game save though, this won't work in your current save games.
