Crafting element in Charge Node and "Powered On Station" is red

In the resource list of the element crafting, there is on entry that is always red: "Powered On Station 0/1" What does it mean? And how can I get the charge node "powered"?

I believe this is a bug. Hopefully the author will be able to patch it up soon. In the mean time, I'm spawning in element in exchange for the resources.

I just re-tested and as before, I got two successful cycles and now it's going into the recharge loop.
