Moreover, it would get monotonous to hear the same phrase with the same voice over and over again. It's not the case with the existing sounds, as they are just sound effects, nothing unique. But with voice samples, I would have to make several clips with different accents, tones and maybe even different variations of the same phrase.
I may be able to do this with some Audacity-wizardry, when I get some free time.
The addon is pretty much dead right now anyway
