I will say I have a ton of mods, but TIM was working fine previously with no new mods or any (known) changes to mods. The script itself hasn't updated since March, and neither has the game.
TIM works relatively well with vanilla refineries without speed modules but I use XL Industrial and TIM just don't put enough ore in those fast refineries
if you're gonna remake AUTO mode maybe you could make it similar to Isy's inventory manager?
It could pull a bit of each ore to all refineries and just change which one is processed first this way if PB is damaged or somehow the script stops refineries won't stop completely (at least not immediately)
Same with assemblers is could put a long list of items in the production queue and only change the first in the list
EDIT: this is also happening with vanilla gatlings as well
