how bout

+Bombs only visible to your team
+Bombs launch farther
-25% slower reload speed

Pro: bombs blow up automaticly when someone is near
bombs deal extra damage

Cons: blows up on team mates as well
-6 clip size
-4 bombs out at a time
longer reload time
less knockback
longer setup time (wont blow up in mid air and will wait a sec to blow up after it hits the ground)
My stat suggestions would be:
+launches up to 4 mines
+mines are only visible to your team
+you can still detonate the mines remotely by pressing alt fire ( takes about 2 secs to detonate remotely)
+ 40% more damage
-bombs detonate on you or an enemy
-30% blast radius

I'd say something along the lines of:

+Places up to 6 mines
+Mines are only visible to your team
+ 25% damage
- 40% Blast Radius
- cannot be detonated remotely by choice

Bombs are only visable when close to them
Only Triggered when stepped on (you can step on them)
- 60% Clip Size
- 30% Reloading Speed
+30 Blast Radius

+Mine is shot deep into the ground upon full charge, not being in view of opposing team
+ 35% damage increase
+ 15% blast radius
+ Enemy detonates when they step upon the mine (Duh)

- Only 4 mines can be dropped at a time
- Longer reload time
- Smaller amount of mines held
- Can be detonated by contact of other mines
- Cannot stick to walls
- Upon airblast or enemy explosion it causes mine to detonate (Due the sensitvity of mines.)
- Cannot be detonated by yourself

What about

+20% Damage
+Mines only visable to your team
+Detonated when enemt steps on them
+Mines are immune to airblast when launched at full charge

-30% Reload Speed
-Only 6 Mines out at a time
-Cannot be manually detonated
-10% Blast Radius
-20% Clip size

About the first con, that will premote grefing or people that are going to kill there teamates on purpose
Landmines explode when walked over
Lamdmines explode when shot
Landmines remain after you die
+50% landmines out at a time
Landmines can not be detonated
Landmines don't stick to walls and ceilings

if the enemy cant see the mines, that makes the weapon op

my suggestion for the stats:
PROS
+detonates when a enemy is on top of it
+75% damage
+50% mines out at one time

CONS
-66% blast radius
-75% knockback
-no remote detonation
-no outlines
-team members can destroy your mines
-cannot be attached to walls and ceilings.

Bombs Will Not Stick to walls and seallings, cannot be detnated. +30 damage , can only be detnated by enemys who go near it, you can only place 5 stickies , dose +20 Damages to buildings, -20 clip size. now if this isint good then oh well :jorji:

+ Allow you to see your own bombs (like the Scottish Resist)
+ 25% Reload time
+ 25% Max ammo carried
+ Bomb explode when near to the enemy
= Bombs make a sound before exploding, which make them dodgable or even more powerful, if the enemy run on it

- 33% dmg dealed (or 50%, discuss about it)
- 4 max bomb at the same time
- 50% clip size

= Bullets cannot destroy those bombs, but fire and splash damage can

I think it would be cool if it shot the mines out like frisbees, they would slowly glide until they hit the ground. If they hit an enemy player or a wall they would bounce off and fall to the floor. Charging up a shot would increase the speed of the projectiles, not necessarily the distance (although it would have almost the same effect.) Htting an enemy player with one would cause very slight damage and knockback depending on how much you charged the shot. The stats would look something like this:

Pros:
+Shoots discs that act like frisbees
+On impact: deals slight damage and knockback based on charge
+Mines detonate automatically when enemies are within range
+Charge increases speed of projectiles
+33% faster charge rate

Cons:
-0.6 second slower bomb arm time
-4 fewer max active stickybombs
-0.5 second delay between detecting an enemy and detonating
-50% smaller clip size
-25% slower reload rate
