When using RandomAberrantAllMaps= this command is supposed to offer a 10% chance AB version appear on any amp, providing the dino has an AB version, such as a Parasaur?

Also when adding RandomAberrantAllMaps= do I add true? Or leave it as is? I've tried both and have yet to see any AB variants appear on Lost Island.
