Before anything, this is my personal opinion and some constructive feedback whether you decide to change your design is your choice (ok, I know i have no right to criticize and as someone working in the arts and music department i'd know how much work is put into 3d design), I may be biased (after all, i do own every single one of your creations except the saryn velenosa skin as i am on a limited budget, and the setka syandana since i'm not a huge fan of long drapey syandanas).
I love the overall look of the body. I'd love to see this in game as it is. However, i do think the lump/ball on the right knee can be toned down a little. As for the head... the face (mostly the chin and "forehead") feels like they protrude just a tad too much (sort of like the essence and enigma combined and lets be honest every1 dislikes those).
Loki's most successful skins have almost always had faces that almost mold right with his neck, and i think that's almost like his trademark. So i'd love to see some departures, but the current state has a bit too much "oomph". I've already voted yes, and regardless of whether changes are implemented, i'd love this skin.
