New radiation damage
I've ran some simulations and will tweak the radiation damage model so it's a bit more "random", but not too different from the old one. As you can see, the old one had quite a steep mortality increase with very little play between "sure to live" and "sure to die". The new model will have more luck involved. In real life, there's no set "400 rads = 40% chance to die" model, so this is as good as it'll get.
