Obtainable normally killing Ammonites.

Maybe i should add another craft with a substitute for that on aberration

Black Pearls might work. You can get those naturally on all maps. On Aberration, they come from trilobites, and from nodes down at the bottom of the red zone. If that's too rare, Obsidian or Angler Gel could work, both are also accessible on Aberration (Anglers can be found in the rivers and pools in the blue zone).

On that note, coal is a resource specific to the christmas even, and not accessible outside it. Raw Salt and Sulfur are only available on Scorched Earth and Ragnarok, and str not available at all (to my knowledge) on the Island, Center, or Aberration map.

Mistype. I meant "are". "str" is a transposition of "are" one key to the right on the keyboard. >.<

I would suggest an alternative to the Advanced Narcotic that does torpor very slowly. With the prevalence of dinos with fast torpor drop (Theriz, Beaver, Giga, etc.), most people end up letting torpor drop to near 0, then using Nacroberries instead Narcotic to top it off. This is because berries take longer to apply the same amount of torpor, and torpor doesn't drop while it's going up, so this method ends up giving you more time away form the dino.

I know we're probably supposed to use the combination of advanced narcos and digestive fluid to drastically speed up tames, but it is something to consider.

Im going to add a serum with similar effect, but, first of all i have to found a full list of torpor/seg of all dinos.

http://www.survive-ark.com/taming-calculator/ has that information, though not in list format. If you select a dino from the drop down, way on the bottom of the page der "additional dino information", it lists the torpor rate for the dino. Unfortunately, it seems to scale with dino level (ex, 150 Megalodon is -1/s, level 1 Megalodon is -0.3/s).

That said, not sure it's relevant for the purposes of such a serum. If it's based on Narcotics or Narcoberries, both of those *pause* the torpor drain of the dino for their duration, in *addition* to increasing their torpor over time. This can be seen by knocking out a Giga (which has insanely fast torpor train, -414.1/s at 150), and force-feeding it Narcoberries or Narcotics. The torpor will stop draining and instead start rising slowly for the duration (at a rate of 2.5/s for Narcoberries or 5.0/s for Narcotics). The speed of this gain is the same regardless of the dino or their natural torpor drain.

First step of sedatives added on the last update yesterday.
Rework v1.1 Released

Don't know if it fits with theme but I'm so tired of holding E for 10 minutes to heal my carnivores on meat and I don't feel like the dino aid/potion mods are properly balanced. Maybe you could come up with something? Maybe something something metabolism. An increase in regen while making food decrease drastically, so you'd still need to have a ton of meat on you to heal without taking damage from zero food.

Cheers for a very interesting mod!

I can not tell you much about the healings because I'm with other things, but I have plans to introduce them soon.

@Spartan Can you please add venom that doesn't have a time limit and does a certain amount of damage over a certain amount of time? With a stackable effect? For example there is a level 100 Rex with 7,200 health, it would take 10 doses of this venom to be enough to kill it.
And it doesn't knock out

I do not understand what is the purpose of a deadly poison capable of killing everything (with or without a dose).
Assuming you're referring to an awake creature.

Balancing such an element is very complicated.
The Goosing Gamer 20 Jan, 2018 @ 1:33pm
could you make it to where the torpor consumables only work on creatures, for balance reasons
