Research Struts, +1% hull strength.

Defense Army : Mass Produced Failed rocket designs, low damage, high morale damage

Space Slurpees : Unique Planetary Building, sells slurpees infused with flavors of the strategic resources, -2 unrest per strategic resource you control. Zro-berry Brain Freeze is a must try

Mun-ifest Destiny : Special research, lower influence cost of establishing new colonies by 10%

Special Building - Planetary Specific: Jebadiah's Junkyard - Ship build costs reduced by 5-15%

Mysterious Goo event chain, maybe even planet surface textures- I recommend 'borrowing' some of the HQ ones from mods on forge, credit of course given to the actual author.

Either a special army type or a tech option - BadS Kerbals. +x% morale, or simply a high-morale (possibly immune to morale damage) army.

Another alternative: Leader trait of BadS. Not sure what it should give or where it should be.

I'd suggest parts, but I haven't played KSP without mods in so long that I don't know what's stock anymore. :V
