Saves loaded reduce parallel batteries to half their original charge. Using debug, I set batteries to full, saved, and reloaded. The batteries reduced to half charge. I added extra batteries of other colors, charged them, saved and reloaded again. The batteries I charged again dropped to half charge, but I also saw the batteries I already had, were now at 1/4 charge. Any time you load a game, existing parallel batteries start with half the charge they were saved with.
