Parallel Power Grid (Parallel Conduits)

Batteries don't charge completely
Something I've noticed is that batteries won't charge beyond 588 Wd if they're on a parallel power grid.

If you have multiple batteries connected by parallel conduits, once every battery on the grid hits 588, they all stop charging. I have done some testing since with Dev mode.

I drained a battery, on a a grid that wasn't charging since the batteries were at 588. All the batteries started charging until the uncharged battery hit 588, then charging for all the batteries stopped. The power now flickers on and off, just enough to keep the charged battery from dropping below 588 due to the 5W discharge.

I debugged batteries to 600 on a parallel grid with power still on (over 30KW of power), and the excess power hit 0, resulting in the slow 5W discharge. If I have one drained battery connected and let it charge to 588, the battery will stay there, but the others which got charged to 600 while the drained battery was charging will now stay at 600, and the power to the batteries starts to flicker on and off.

I made sure one battery was connected to the same parallel circuit as a sunlamp. When power is on for the sunlamp, there is an excess of 1 W which slowly (very slowly) starts to charge the battery on 588.

These tests were all done with regular batteries, when I tried repeating with parallel batteries, they will not charge beyond 588 no matter what, even if you debug one parallel battery to 0, the charged battery stays at 588 while the drained battery is charging.

The results don't change whether you're using blue or red conduits. I've tested with both.
