In the house with the burning cows in front of it (the oragne marker) the back emtry room has a trap door near the center of the room. Press e till you find the door and it opens. Climb down the ladder and open up the steel door and boom, you're in the survivor bunker! the button on the left will lock the steel door and the button on the right unlocks the door. Also in the church there is a large trap door on the left when you enter the large part of the broken wall. Trap door is near the rubble pile on the upper left.

There is a bunker at the corner of the map and it has a keypad
