Here are my thoughts:
Attuned: wouldn't make sense in the base mod as there are no psi specs. There will probably be some custom psi squaddie perks in the psi specialization plugin in the future.
Quick Study: sounds interesting
Pitcher: already exists as a trait, might work as a squaddie perk
Hardened: already exists as Resilience in Even More Specializations
Paramedic: Good one
Divergent: Also good
If you've not done so yet, I suggest you try out Even More Specializations - it adds 25+ additional squaddie perks.
Glass Cannon
This soldier knows how to dish out damage, but can't take it. Deals 25% increased damage with all attacks, but takes 50% increased damage as well.
Born Leader
This soldier knows how to pull a team together and lead them. Gains bonus Will and gives all other soldiers a smaller Will bonus.
True Grit
This soldier is resistant to debuffs, receiving halved penalties to Movement and Aim from status effects such as Disorientation, Poison, Suppression, etc.
