How to enable Commander's Choice?
I have all of the required mods installed and none of the stated conflicting mods installed. Whenever I promote a soldier, I am not getting the Ability selection listing...the soldier simply gains random Abilities.

I know I am missing something simple...sorry for the trouble.

Second Wave. Get Better Second Wave Mod Support and utilize its ability to change Second Wave options mid-campaign.
