RPG-ish suggestion - variable spec count
Just something I thought of recently. I think it would be quite fitting in this Role-Play overhaul to have another, straightforward SWO:

To be used with [RPGO] Commanders Choice
Not Created RPG-Equal - Depending on rolled Combat Intelligence and Natural Aptitude, soldiers get variable number of specializations to use

Each of the rolled levels of awesomeness will give some bonus or nerf to the number of specs the soldier can hold. Commander's choice allows us to set the maximum number of specs a soldier can hold, when selected with this SWO.

Let's assume it's "5".

Then, depending on the rolls, the formula can be: rounded down ( max * NA * CI + 1 )

Super Human - Standard -> 5 * 4/5 * 1/5 -> 1 spec
Mortal - Standard -> 5 * 1/5 * 1/5 -> 1 spec
Peak Human - Genius -> 5 * 4/5 * 4/5 -> 4 specs
Gifted - Godlike -> 5 * 3/5 * 5/5 -> 4 specs


Mortal 1/5
Good Genes 2/5
Peak Human 3/5
Super Human 4/5
Godlike 5/5

Standard 1/5
AboveAverage 2/5
Gifted 3/5
Genius 4/5
Savant 5/5

Another possible formula can be: rounded down ( max * (NA + CI) + 1 )

Super Human - Standard -> 5 * (4/10+1/10) + 1 -> 3 specs
Mortal - Standard -> 5 * (1/10+1/10) +1 -> 2 specs
Peak Human - Genius -> 5* (4/10 + 4/10) + 1 -> 5 specs
Gifted - Godlike -> 5 * (4/10 + 5/10) + 1 -> 5 specs


Mortal 1/10
Good Genes 2/10
Peak Human 3/10
Super Human 4/10
Godlike 5/10

Standard 1/10
AboveAverage 2/10
Gifted 3/10
Genius 4/10
Savant 5/10
