I'd venture to suggest it's not meant to be hair but rather reminicient of feathers.

If it is meant to be hair, it's the only skin I like with it compared to all the other skins with hair

Her Hair look like tracer but with a bit air being blown from the right (Ur Pov) and the mask sorta resemble the mask but its definetly not that much

Hm, I don't think this helmet has anything similar to tracer except for the silhouette/shape, it is clearly a masquerade design with adornments on top (feathers or the such). I liked it but in my opinion this needs a bit of refinement, specially the eyes. Other than that, I'd definitely grab this skin, it's the first skin for Mirage that I actually like haha
