I cannot tell if this is the addon's fault or it's just a mild case of "Garry's Mod Machine Broken", but none of the M9K weapons (pistols, explosives etc) are showing up. After doing a bit of digging, I've found out that despite being subscribed, the .gma files themselves are not downloading in their respective folder.

Again, no clue of this is addon or Gmod side (considering this has affected more than one addon, probably Gmod), but any piece of advice is welcome.
