Weird bug county
I would like to inform you that county called Sturmi in Saxony has a weird bug. this province somehow has shards in asia (north of china. In year 769 in Yaolian Khaganate). So often China spreads in europe thanks to this bug. and converts pagans to Buddhism or Taoism. and it also takes a lot of time to move units in this province becouse game somehow thinks it's in Asia.

Yes there is a connection between the two provinces because there is a bug in the map file. They border each other because of this. Sometimes the emperor of Tang in China will go through this to invade Europe. More rarely a Saxon duke will own a little land in China, because of this.

It seems to have something to do with Verden and Ghuan. If you click Verden and pan over to China, you can see four very small areas that are highlighted in China as Verden, which is a Saxon province.
