its kinda immersion breaking and limited me while playing a nomad once since for special buildings i could only be in certain parts of the world (those being vanilla places)

played a early version of the game with the mod so i dont know if its changed but maybe you can make native tribes and for america and australia

I don't know if you have fixed it already, but the provinces in inland Finland (Keitele, Häme etc.) are currently coastal in the original mod, which they shouldn't be. Noticed this because the somali merchant republic built trade posts there lol. Also I'd say the holding slot numbers could be checked a bit, for instance, Jan Mayen (North from Iceland) has no permanent population, but it still has 2 building slots, while Odessa and Kainuu have only 1 building slot. The amount of holding slots could be buffed in Europe and Middle-East, or the numbers in Inland Africa and Greenland/Quebec could be lowered. Would make it a bit more realistic I think.
Would like to help you if i knew how to mod ck2.. I've modded hoi4 for hundreds of hours but ck2 is harder and the nudge is so much worse than in hoi4... I like the fact that you have added some larger tribal countries. It adds more flavor than having only one province sized chiefdoms next to each other like there is in the original mod in Eastern Africa.
