Suicide Blitz 2 is an excellent quality, long, high-difficulty campaign. Has long levels, not many pickups mid-level, tough first level (the sunken elevator is a death trap, you can't let Commons enter it), and it has a very difficult Hard Gauntlet-Double Tank-Easy Gauntlet finale. It also has a Portal minigame secret for 4 extra First Aid Kits if you bring the Gnome to the back room on the final Safe Room. But don't tell anyone.
