Can't find steam support folder!?

Hi guys,

I can't find the steam application support folder in under the "library" or "user" folder. So I can't find the MainMenu.lua which I'm supposed to edit to show the mod button in game. I'm running mountain Lion 10.9.4

Can anyone help me?
