A Mod of Ice and Fire (G&K)
Features?
This is a great mod and have started this discussion so people can express their views on the mod and what other features they would like to see in A Mod of Ice and Fire

What would you want and maybe what improvements?

Hey, any chance you could add The Night's Watch as a playable faction? Jeor Mormont as the commander, natural bonus vs wildlings. Bonus units could be Rangers, and Lord Commander (limit 1, stronger version of Longsword Knight?)

City names: Castle Black, Eastwatch, Deep Lake, Greenguard, Greyguard, Hoarfrost Hill, Icemark, Nightfort, Oakenshield, Queensgate, Rimegate, Sable Hall, Sentinel Stand, Shadow Tower, Stonedoor, Torches, Westwatch, Woodswatch

Other "missing" factions are Mance Rayder, and The Arryns

I don't mod, so I don't know the limitations of the engine, those are just some suggestions.

Firstly, thank you for the mod! :) Love the books. Love the show. And now enjoying this mod. But! Why do Dragon have such an unbeliavable maintenance cost!? I built 2 and it almost crashed my treasury. Also, it seems that with every dragon the cost increases? The initial cost is above 10g! That's crazy! That thing should be breathing nukes, and its now even good at fighting any units. One dragon should be able to wipe armies. Having a dragon should be like having a reusable nuke, without fallout. Since that cannot happen in game for balance reasons, perhaps you could remove them all together and add a unique building? Perhaps pyramids instead of markets that provide happiness and culture plus market bonuses? Or perhaps fighting pits, which speed up infantry experience and provide gold income and happiness? (I will repost in the comments)

Is this mod available for the steam version of the game only?

One thing I would love is a Westeros map where the cites were placed in the right places etc. This would make the experiance so much more enjoyable.
Love this mod.

This mod needs to have multiplayer functional. Its the biggest thing preventing me from playing it more often. AI is too easy to have fun. Not to mention the shenanigans there are to be had with you have 8 people who've read the books playing different houses, etc.
Add Tyrion Lannister. Everyone's favorite characters are Tyrion and Jon Snow, but since the Nights Watch doesn't pay attention to the rest of the kingdom, Jon's out... Also Joffery, add him too. Just so we have someone hate.

For more wonders the Harpy in Astphor the great wall can be the Wall and the Great sept of Balor. As well as the many faced god as a religion.

What about adding translations to the mod? The Spanish fans (at least) would appretiate that as in the spanish edition of the books most of the cities and some character names have been translated. Would it be too hard? I could help :)

The Map is great, it just missing some Free City in westeros, maybe some of the most important minor houses could be Free Cities, like The Twins, Brightwater Keep, The Dreadfort.
Also Renly, and Tywin have their ability to deal with Free Cities.
