while my direwolf pack was exploring a ancient ruint they found a advanced weapon and turn to a sperman

That's not a bug. Direwolf Packs take the place of Warriors, so when they get upgraded they turn into Spearmen.
PB 21 Apr, 2013 @ 12:46am
Direwolf Packs are cheaper, have the same strenght, and the spearman don't have the ingnores terrain cost, they are better than spearmans in my opinion, they could replace scouts or be a unique unit.

Thank you for pointing that out about the strength. I'm going to fix that in the next update. But as far as the "ignore terrain cost," it should carry over. Does it not carry over?
PB 21 Apr, 2013 @ 6:02am
yes when upgrading it carry, great work you have done so far, thanks for the great mod.

i guess this would be a bug? When i chose "load scenario" it won't let me chose a civ to play, the civ selection page is completely blank. nevermind, just read the tooltip, my bad.

When you choose the Westeros and Essos map, there are instructions written below the map name and above the "Load Scenario" button that tell you what to do to choose a Civ. This is a necessary workaround because I didn't build my mod from the ground up to be used in a scenario.

It seems to do this weird conflict in the Westeros & Essos map where the city-state information says one thing e.g. Volantis & Lys, but only the outward city-state name is wrong e.g. Saltpans & Starfell.

This bug has been reported before and I'm still not sure what is causing it because I've never been able to recreate it. Can you tell me what your start settings were?

My game keeps shutting down my laptop after about 50 turns (roughly). It's not my power saving settings or anything like that because they're all set to "never". Any advice would be helpful cos I really like this mod.
Paulimoto 23 Apr, 2013 @ 3:00pm
does it happen only when you play this mod or is it the same with vanilla civ?
PeteLXXXVIII 23 Apr, 2013 @ 3:13pm
I'll get back to you on that. Havent played vanilla version in a while

I had a similar problem a few weeks back and it turned out to be that my laptop was overheating. I hit with canned air real good and haven't had a problem since.
PeteLXXXVIII 24 Apr, 2013 @ 12:42pm
That'll be it! The laptop does get pretty hot while playing. What do you mean by canned air? Never heard of that...
VirtuaBoza  [developer] 24 Apr, 2013 @ 2:27pm
It's also referred to as compressed air or "duster." I removed a panel on the underside of my laptop to have direct access to the motherboard and blew compressed air over it toward the vents to let all the dust fly out.
